Pikachu and Zapdos have always been with me.

My team will never be complete without a Zapdos :D Zapdos is the coolest pokémon of them all, this is a fact and not arguable or subject of opinion.

Ive always had vapoeron, Girafarig and starmie.

I like Zapdos quite a bit but I seldom ever use Legendaries in my parties.  Either I have 6 Pokémon in my party by the time I encounter one, or I don't because it feels like cheating.

I usually like to make a party with Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon and Espeon.

Garydos (sp)

That's the opposite of what I did when I was a kid. I filled my party with as many legendaries as I could. I used the clone glitch to have all three legendary birds in both Silver and Yellow, and to have mewtwo in both too. So my party looked like this: Meganium, Lugia, Ho Oh, Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno, Mewtwo xD

In my recent playthrough of Yellow, I only use Zapdos though, my favourite pokémon has to be in my party, overpowered or not.
