I've seen only mention of the unconfirmed reports of the PS3 selling 36000, with 31000 being the 40GB, but nothing on the Wii sales, so i'd like a link of where you are getting your information from



 

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)

360 version sold a high 100k

And some other ps3 games ended up in the top 20. Huge comeback from last week.

 Those were prelim sales which Source thinks have major errors this time around...

Yup I read that thread, no mention of the Wii, just the same 36K for the PS3, i'm asking for Wii sales

Well according to the source wii sales wil end up around 30-34k

I expect 32k.

Yeah, The Source thinks there is a major problem with the preliminary data this week, but it could turn out true. We'll just have to wait and see.

Also, leo-j, stop making things up like "People were expecting the Wii to sell 200K."  No one ever said anything even close to that.  The high end predictions were 80K.  If you want people to take you seriously you need to post more reasonably.

 Well the source is estimating based on the software sales of one store, and even he says that he felt his data was off since he can't see how SMG would fall so far in sales so fast, as he said the store may have been sold out, so his estimate is not proof, I want to see actual sales data before making any conclusions, after all we aren't the bush administration
