Doesn't the PsPgo cost more then a PS3?
If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing (mostly)
And shepherds we shall be,
For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints
RolStoppable said: @jonnhytesta What's so special about PC and PSP games that hardcore gamers don't want to pay for them? Or is it the fact that these platforms can be pirated so easily? Then again, it doesn't take a lot of effort to play pirated games on the DS either (R4). |
yes, but the psp is way more powerful. and you can use it to do more things, no just for gaming(like a pc). i read somwhere that you can play ds games on your psp if you hack it correctly

bingo, thats where they f%&( it up. |
luckily it looks like they figured out that they can sell a lot more at a discount...
every other week there's a PSN discount, and everything that's on sale jumps up the sales chart.

i agree, leave the handheld market. psp owners dont want to buy games
RolStoppable said: @jonnhytesta But going by that logic, wouldn't software sales of the 360 suffer too, if not even more? |
nope, homec consoles market is different, yet.

pushing a portable ps2 (the psp) was always a bad idea. handhelds and hardcore gamers dont go well together. and if they release a psp2 now and they try pushing a portable x360. the same thing is going to happehn, hackers nerds a whiners are going to hack the hell out of it and sony is going to waste time and resources tryng to sell software for the damn thing. |
ya...selling 54 million psp's was such a waste of resources......
Sony shouldn't leave the handheld market. Let's not Sony is generating a profitable. You don't stop supporting a product when it's making you a profit.
The biggest problem the Go has is it's price. My little "reboot" strategy was to help to repair any damages to the image of the device, but they could obviously make a Kevin Butler ad with a lower price point will do wonders for it, without my other mentioned stuff.
I did however forget to add that Sony should do a marketing campaign similar to the "It Only Does Everything" campaign. I just forgot to put in my first post.
^Let's not forget that Sony is generating a profit off of the overall PSP platform. (Sony needs to update the PS3 broswer)
