So what would be the point of switching from those three characters if they have the best Str, Mag, and Str and Mag mixed and every buff, debuff, and magic in the game?

Unless you're against something that requires more people with magic or more people with strength, they do seem like the best party to have.

She's the best debuffer because of her Malboro Wand xD, it gives improved debilitation ability

It's confirmed. Gigantuar is a fucking cheap. It automatically targets your party leader, even if you have two SEN challenging him.

It's pretty pathetic that this fight boils down to only luck to get 5/5

Yeah, that's a nice party.

But isn't two saboteurs sort of.... unnecessary? Or does it debuff them a lot more quickly?

The more specialists you have of each role, the bigger the x% bonus they give to the party. When I want to heal fast, I use two medics, when I want to buff fast, I use three SYN, when I want to defend like no tommorrow, I use three SEN.

you unlock em in Mission 14

With chocobo's you get to unlock NEW hidden areas, some of them are BIG!

Riding them is FUN & there is a "digging minigame"....it can get you gold nuggets which you can sell for 60K Gil!
