Cinema scenes are gorgeously rendered, and in-engine graphics are nearly on par with the cutscenes. Visuals are definitely a sight to behold.

The menu-based control is a breeze and active elements do not detract from the game's classic feel.

 Music / Sound FX / Voice Acting
The soundtrack is beautiful, and the majority of the voice work is well done.

 Play Value
The game is a little too linear at times, and the lack of meaningful side quests limits replay potential. Beginning Cocoon levels may turn off some players.

WOW I know what carl was talking about when he said he didn't like a bit in chapter 4

sooooooo annoying!!!!!!!!!

I got 0 stars for the whole time!!

But paradigm shift is so fun....

Chapter 4 is amazing too!!

One thing that's bugging me...why are the characters wearing the exact same clothes in all the flashbacks? You'd think they'd change their clothes sometimes lol

And that's why it's not the best game of all time :)

So I look in my friends list on my PS3 and I see darth saying "FF13 = BEST RPG EVER" and then I look just below him and it's lightning_24 saying "FF XIII is boring"!
