It does not make any sense to me, in the OTHERS colum, it is wrong, I don't know if its undertracked or what but , according to all my other research these new numbers are incorrect.

They extrapolate!!!! Why do loads of people think that all these things are undertracked  because not all the data is provided, they extrapolate, which is why it is an estimate
