I doubt it. The first one didn't make it to the PS3 and with Mass Effect 2 now out, I don't see them going back and putting them both on the PS3.

Not every game has to go to every platform.

And after ME2's high scores, it suddenly became impossible for it to release on the PS3 :P

I imagine that EA is waiting a bit before announcing it for one simple reason, they want to catch maximum sales on 360 and PC.
They need those so that people are not waiting for it too much for the ps3 version.
