You are right to an extent, but you have to realise, no one thought the 360 will sell a million units + in japan and it has. the generation of gamers is changing. this gen 360 might get 1million+ in japan, next gen it mite have 3million+ and so forth.

MS need to do what nintendo did, secure a anime which is doing well and then create a studio in japan which blasts out sequel after sequel off that game.

In fact Sony should do that too. I am sure Sony had something to do with Bleach, I cannot see why theyhaven't made a nice hack and slash game out of it. It could be epic if done right :p

How about this? You know how they are making Hokuto Musou? Why not do something similar but with Berserk, Bleach would be cool too I do like some Bleach but could you imagine a true current gen Berserk game? And don't just release it in Japan, we want it here too. I do hope Hokuto Musou comes here.

Its good to see them keep trying but its going to fail. Might as well spend this money on NA and Europe where they atleast have a chance

Do you think if Monster Hunter does well on the 360 that they would consider a 360 version?

Chances are the 360 version of MHFO will not come out of Japan as the article states but even if it does, do you really think it's going to be a smash hit among the 360 fanbase? It's barely a hit here among the Sony and Nintendo fanbase. I love Monster Hunter, I'm gonna get 4/1..I don't see it being ported to the 360 and I really don't see MHFO 360 being a hit at all.

Edit: nevermind, it's a photoshop, god dammit...either way it's not a new monster hunter coming to the 360, it's a port.

Eh, still disappointed it's not MH3.  If I'm not mistaken, MHF doesn't have a single player either.
