Let me be honest.  When IGN reviews Endless Ocean: Blue World and gives it something in the 6.5-7.5 range, I'm going to be the first to say F*** IGN.  The same thing will happen when IGN gives Pokémon HeartGold/Soul Silver something the in 7.5-8.5 range.  Just saying.

For now though, I'm going to praise IGN for giving No More Heroes and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom nice scores.

It is easy to do that (especially when you are really interested in the games) but the review had to warrant that 8.8 and 9.0... I still don't trust IGN, but  I would've bought those games regardless of score. These are just confirmations of those purchases as a great idea.

This topic should be in a psychology textbook under the chapter for confirmation bias. If you disagree with what IGN says, it's becaused their biased. But if you agree with it, it just shows that they are right when they agree with you but are still biased. No matter what they do, you will see what you want to.

I don't get why people think IGN is so biased against the Wii. Besides the occasional editorials, I find most of their opinions to be fair. The IGN Wii team are composed of huge Nintendo fans, and I think it's unfair to call people like Bozon, Harris, or former member Casamassina biased against Nintendo. When they do criticize Nintendo, their points are usually valid and backed up by arguments.

All I care is what they give to FFXIII

if its below 9 IGN is biased & is bound to the depths of the hate cells in my brain!!!

I'm done listening to Ign for anything, doesn't matter what review they give to what Wii game. They lost all credibility to me.

They gave No More Heroes 2 and Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom a good score, which are the only Wii games I care for right now anyway, so I can't really call em bias.

You have a good point but don't diss Pokemon. It's fucking awesome.
