Wow... thats a bit insulting for the team IMO. I dunno, I like Kojima and all, but this comment was way to much IMO. I doubt that all ideas come from him anyways... He is a bit overrated IMO.

I understand the kojima frustation. He actually wants to leave the MGS series since MGS2/3 to his team, but always ends deep involved in the projects.

Or just hire some robots. Cheaper in the long run because they don't keep asking for crap like health benefits and maternity leave

As much as I like Hideo Kojima he didn't have to make the rest of his team sound so worthless.

Unlike Kojima, I think Miyamoto is one of the most awesomest people ever but if he came out and said something stupid like that I'd be pretty upset at him and lose a lot of respect for him.

I mean really, what do you think a statement like that does for the morale of any team he's on?  Or any team he had been on?  If you did anything creative on any of those projects it's suddenly all him and you might as well have been a mindless drone doing his bidding.

He very well may have had the high concept for the Metal Gear series and had A LOT of creative control over everything, but I would be willing to bet that most ideas didn't come from him and saying so shows how much respect he has towards other people.

Also it's good to know that I don't have to blame anyone else but just Kojima for the PoS that MGS4 was.

It's so funny to find people in here that are well-know haters of Kojima's games (or not so well known , but they don't like the games) and are doing nothing here but rejoicing they finally found a good excuse to throw mud in the face of the creator of their object of hatred.
