But I have high hopes for Soul Sacrifice anyways, Sony wouldn't let this chance blow away no matter what.. Plus, DA SEXY RED BUNDLE BEAST will surely attract new buyers, I just don't get how does Amazon still pricing it at the previous price while we have the others -100$ !!

I thought Soul Sacrifice didn't had a release date, but it releases in 2 weeks, quite worrying, maybe as people start picking up PSV after the price-cut they'll pre-order that one.

Or, most japanese have my same taste and really don't fancy all that gore, and the game is going to be more niche than what people here would like to admit.

It's too late for SS to have a good first week at this point. If it was going to do really well it would've charted a while ago, yet it's nowhere to be seen 14 days before release. At best you could hope for some legs if the game ends up being really good and word of mouth spreads.

As far as "MH clones" go (I use this term lightly) PSO2 is going to do more for the Vita.

Also I didn't know Jojo releases all the way in August, holy crap. The game has potential to do really well.

well may be the problem with Soul Sacrifice is that's too much Mature rate for Japanese trends? most of best seller games in japana are for teenage or lower.. that's a fact..

I think SS could do better on Western markets.. but not that greatly... a price cut for its release could help here.. but in japan i'm not sure... hopefully will end having as good legs as Demon's soul.. or others gory games like that...

Suddenly my "Senran Kagura could sell over 80K first week" does not seem so insane. Interesting to see LE and regular now on charts.

I don't know about vs. One Piece but Jojo DVD/Bluray sales are among the highest in anime right now so I wouldn't be surprised if the game ends up doing really well.


It was 25 year anniversary for Jojo last year so it's not surprising it gets some piblicity. However, it is really not in the same league as One Piece. (Nothing is in the same league as One Piecce right now) 

Personally I think the best case scenario would be a result comparable to Hokuto no Ken Musou.

Interesting the fact that Senran Kagura vita is already higher than the 3DS versions, does that mean the vita owners love boobs more than the 3DS ones? or a fighter is more appealing?

It's because 3DS owners have more games to choose from, rather than Vita owners loving boobs.

Or I guess cause HD boobs>3D ones.
