Where's the Star fox choice? With the jump to HD fox would fit really well at launch......IMO.
You're missing the most obvious franchise: Wii (Sports or whatever)!
I say none of those, but the next launch title will be SSB, I mean from 2008 to 2013(?) is a long way so I expect that to be the launch title.
The biggest launch games will be based on whatever new proposition the console makes.
So if the proposition is a controller that also takes in information about the player state (think Vitality Sensor only more general), it would be games that use that in a big way.
A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.
I agree with Demotruk, it will be something new. But I also think a new Super Mario Bros. game will be in the mix. Iwata wished for Mario at launch of Wii, and I think in 2D they could actually get one out in time for the launch of the next system.

Melee to Brawl was 6 years. SSBB and SSB4 will have to be 3 years. Nt much time isn't it?
I think Pikmin should be a launch title. It'll take avantage of the hardware more than any other franchise.
Also it'll help the franchise grow a bit
none. I'm gna say some wii series or maybe SSB

Why 3 years? You don't think that they've started production on it after the release of SSBB?(You could be right though since we have no confirmation on it).
But also didnt melee release 2-3 years after SSB?
Given the success of NSMBWii, I'm expecting a 2D Mario to be a launch title for the next console.
