I am not crazy about FPS but I love massive battle head on collisions such as pVp on WOW. So I think I might enjoy this one.

well i bet at least one person its going to buy a ps3 for MAG... that makes it a system seller! LOL... now seriously... i as a counter strike and team fortress player and knowing that these type of games tend to have large and faithful fans... i think it might get good sales...

I don't think so, it's coming out this month yet not one commercial, no ads, nothing besides timid internet hype. It will sell ok, but it wont be a huge game.

did you by chance have an old 60gb PHAT, because in that case I am betting it is not MAG's fault lol. (not that it is the PS3's fault either as failure rates are so low, but 60gb that do fail do all have a common problem).

Rarely is a beta used to actually test the game anymore. BF:BC2 comes to mind along with MNR. They gave away the codes to anyone who wanted them. So people just play it to see what the game is about and never report any bugs they encounter. Home had a proper beta where it was extremely hard to get into(for EU anyway) and you had to sign an NDA. So there was less leaks from them but there was still plenty. We had a special forum that no one else could see so we could talk about it. Most betas now are just becoming a demo to people who look at gaming sites and not to actually test the game.

Betas are used to test server stability and general issues. It doesn't matter if most people don't report bugs. You're not supposed to report bugs. They can tell if games are crashing a lot.

If it was a demo, MNR would have an unlimited number of keys.
