These guys could have went peacefully and took it down; apparently, they have shit for brains if they can't abide their request, and know what copyright infringement is. I hope they go down hard(in losing the suit). The Zelda franchise is allready slightly tainted with the CD-i games.

Nintendo is definitely in the right here. The producers got ahead of themselves.

If they were giving away the DVD for free, then it would be different.

I was gonna side with the film-makers because I always thought it was non-profit. But trying to make a buck off someone else' work is pure crap. Did they honestly think they would get away with that?

Their first mistake was making the film butt-ugly and having Ganondorf looking like a dooshbag.

Their second was trying to make a profit.

hmm i wonder if "for profit" is onl considered such if they actually make a profit, rather than recouping the costs..

I'm not exactly sure with all this crazy copyright stuff, but I think the problem is making any revenue at all.
