you call always download the cover from the Internet and change it... i got assassin's creed from a contest and was a promo copy so i bought a case and got the cover from the Internet... and i notice no difference from an original one!

A bit pants artistically. I don't know why, but I often find US covers bland and too focused on trying to sell.

I know that's it's purpose, and maybe I'm just being a typical 'arty' European, but I see covers as something that should be artistic and interesting (as many book covers are) rather than an attempt to get as much as possible (particularly attractive women) onto the cover as possible.

So PAL version for me looks much, much better. Interesting, a little enigmatic and revealing very little.

If they wanted that kind of cover, they could have had it done better by some Bollywood cover artist...

Ugh, that just isn't good.

I understand why they change the covers and I generally don't care too much, but even pretending I never knew the PAL cover existed, the US one is just so bad. It's so cluttered and looks like they just threw as much as they could put on there to appeal to the ADD Live PSN kids the game isn't made for.

I prefer the PAL one.

I'm not a big fan of it, but I don't see anything "wrong" with it. I will enjoy the game the same.

Observation: Everyone in the forums prefers the EU version, most people in the article comments prefer the NA version.

The EU version is MUCH better, IMO. If only they got rid of that "TM" which nearly kills the effect.

The EU version is much better, but the US version doesn't look that bad, honestly. To me, at least.
