Anyone with half a brain cell that has played all three of these characters' games and thinks Bayonetta would lose to a twat like Kratos or a child like Dante should just go castrate themselves. The things she does and how easily she does them make the other two look like unborn fetuses in comparison. The only reason why I'd see people say otherwise is because they haven't actually played through each of the games or even looked at any relevant videos showcasing their respective powers.

Bayonetta wins. Kratos will never headbutt a skyscraper back at an opponent, play torpedo tennis, ride torpedoes across oceans and annihilate hordes upon hordes of the divine, throw/flip over and kill enormous creatures that can turn masses of land into melting pits of lava in the blink of an eye, punch gods all the way to the sun and then gleefully float back down to Earth, summon enormous demons with hair, etc. etc.

Kratos will never do anything on the scale that Bayonetta has done, and he certainly wouldn't ever do it with any amount of ease or class. These videos are spoilerific, but the finishers speak for themselves. Bayonetta absolutely wrecks everything she fights with little to no effort, and the first video of the first major boss, considered a weak one, far outclasses anything Kratos has ever fought, and she finished it as easily as a fat kid finishes a chocolate cake.

There's something that you guys aren't considering about Kratos. That's his ability to take shots, and survive. He pulled himself out of hell twice. You can't kill this guy. He will just keep coming back.

While I haven't played Bayonetta, I'm very sure that she can't pull herself out of hell. If she dies, she dies. She's not a god, is she?

So this is like a fight between the most powerful mortal of all, vs. the weakest immortal of all. The immortal will always win because if the fight goes on for a long time, which it will since Kratos will never die completely, the mortal will eventually get tired/old/hungry.

Kratos will win out of sheer stamina, and only gods can kill gods.

Technically she goes to hell to get her weapons, though the guy that supplies her, is the one that murders demons to use them for her weapons, though shes more badass than him... so yeah if she wanted she could go muder those demons herself :P

Kratos can pause time too, with the amulet of fates and can parry all of their attacks with the golden fleece.
He'll use his magic and teh blades to hammer both of these less badass over te top emo freaks till they surrender and rip their heads off, helios style.

Does Bayonetta even have a back story to her character and why she is so powerful or is the game just to see how invincible they could make a character for no reason other than to try and rip off the success of GOW?
