Nope.

I think most are split between 360 and PS3. And a whole lot more are about to start upgrading to PS3's too in the next year.

The Wii has opened up a whole new market. Most of the sales are from that market.

Its fun to dream carl, but its morning, and its time to wake up What you're assuming is unlikely, as the Wii base has grown far faster than the PS2 base

You would know all about dreamland wouldn't you?

i think yes, not all of the 120m customers where hardcore gamers, i think at least 40% (or more) Wii Owners had, or actually have a PS2.

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

I chose the second option

I wouldn't dismiss the possibility that some "casual gamers" who played stuff like soccer games with their friends on PS2 still haven't upgraded to a current gen console. And those people won't buy a Wii either, because they want to play new FIFA games, etc.
And some may have bought a Wii but quickly stopped playing because it didn't offer them what they wanted, and instead waited (or are still waiting) for the price of the HD consoles (especially PS3) to drop even further.

It should also be taken into consideration that not all people who played videogames on PS2 still play videogames today.

Our customers are very important to us." -Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb (10/2013). Note: RRoD was fixed with the Jasper-revision 3 years after the launch of 360

I don't understand your comment as new FIFA games are on the Wii.  You seem to be assuming that people keep buying Wii consoles and Wii games (Wii software sales > Xbox 360 and PS3 combined last week), but they do not play them?  Why do they buy games if not to play?

Now that FIFA is on the Wii HD doesn't stand a chance!

That's because all three answers are correct;)

Most implies greater than 50%. That is mathematically impossible, because 50% of PS2 sales will be 60 Million Wii's (I am simplifying and ignoring households with multiple units of the same console), but that would leave no room for the expanded audience that the Wii has attracted, or for the Gamecube only owners that I am sure have upgraded to Wii. If those people account for 60% of the 60 Million Wii's sold (an educated guess), then only 24 Million former PS2 owners have bought a Wii, and if 50% of those are multi-console owners this generation, then only 12 Million former PS2 owners have become exclusive Wii owners. That would be 10% of them, and not most of them.  I'd say more of the former PS2 owners have migrated to XBox360 or PS3 exclusively (I'd guess 15-20% to the former and around 25% to the latter).  About 15% likely have gotten a multi-console setup this generation, with most of those including a Wii in there.  The remainder (32%) have either stayed with the PS2 only due to finaces, or are out of gaming altogether.

Gamers who are used to sports games on the PS2 are going to prefer to play on a gamepad to a Wiimote unless it's Tiger Woods. Do all these games (FIFA, Madden, NBA2K, WWE, etc.) have classic controller support?

Not to mention that the Wii doesn't have all the sports games. Many are Ps360 exclusive. As a MMA fan, how could I be sold on a Wii if I want to play UFC Undisputed and EA Sports MMA? The Wii didn't get UFC 2009 and it won't get UFC 2010. It won't be getting EA MMA. UFC 2010 and EA MMA are games I'm really looking forward to. I'm also a casual boxing and used to be a big hockey fan. No Fight Night Round 4 and NHL 10 on Wii? Hard sell. I have those games on my rental queue. Games I would be missing out on if I didn't have a 360 or PS3. And then there's a whole bunch of other sports games that I don't care to brainstorm that aren't on the Wii because there are just so many sports games out there.

I wanted the Wii to pull it off (because I feel that both Sony and Microsoft wronged their fanbase with $60 games, DLC abuse, historically greater hardware expense even taking into account inflation, etc.) but if the third-parties aren't supporting it properly and treating it like a red-headed stepchild, it's hard to pick it as a #1 console if you want to play the type of third-party games you played on your PS2. Nintendo deserves part of the blame for the lower level of third-party support. They pushed motion control hard and the 'core' PS2 base that migrated to 360 and/or PS3 doesn't want their franchises to go motion control exclusively. If NATAL and Gem/Wand/etc. replace gamepads, it'll be a sad day in history.
