Ever heard of the word "tunnelvision" ??

That's the price of winning early, there was no drama, The Wii ran the marathon in record time, now it sits on the sideline waiting for the losers to finish. That's very boring.

the question is why is the Wii ignored by the most people. I answered you why I ignore the Wii I listed you ALL reason. And I listed the reasons too because I think that some other people think the same way. And some others confirmed that. I list you the reasons again

My first post said because the Wii has won already and the race for the second place is more interesting.  this statement was confirmed from other people BEFORE I made it and AFTER i made It. So what exactly is wrong about this statement ? Ok next but you explained then its not just about the sales. Then I explained you why I dont talk about the games because I am not interested in it and I said I think other people think the same way. this was confirmed too. And then you explained me that its not about what I think about the WII.

I answered the Topic perfectly all my posts explain why i dont talk about it and why i think most people dont talk about it. And because i am not able to read others thoughts and noone is. Its a correct way to answer this question.

I answered you twice one time Its ignored because of sales. And then you asked further and i said its probably ignored because some other people just arent interested in Wii both aspects are valid. So what do you want. If you dont agree with my thoughts fine but I still thin majority of people ignore it out of this two reasons. And not because they hate the Wii.

People are butthurt that the "SUPER POWERFUL" (lol not really) "HD" (despite the fact that so many games, including a lot of the most popular ones, are in sub-HD resolutions...) twins were beaten out by the "INFERIOR" Wii, so they have to write it off somehow.

There isn't that much to discuss. HD-consoles get most of the interesting games and wii does not get those same games.

The PS2 was the clear winner soon after the other two systems launched, and that didn't stop the gaming press from gushing all over it.

The Wii is something they want to go away, so they refuse to acknowledge it. Anything else is just an excuse to justify that stance. It's not them not liking the Wii. It's the stupid idea they can make it not matter by pretending that is so.

Not "butthurt" really as I never cared about the Wii, although some gems once in a blue have popped up (NMH, Muramasa, RE4) there really isn't anything else that I personally view as quality and many would agree. Is NSMBW fun? Yes, good afternoon with a few friends, maybe some chips and dip and drinks perhaps, but same can be said about the Halo series which I don't care for but I can have a decent evening with it, but that doesn't merit me purchasing the system. The only game that almost made me go for it was RE4, then mayyyyybe Muramasa (stopped caring for Metroid the moment Prime came out). Can't say I am excited about Zelda either since after Ocarina of Time, there has been very little interesting things about that series (Majora's Mask was a very good attempt though). 

On a side note (and the only true thing I care about since I got on this thread), how much did your Dragon Cost you? The specs seem sexy and judging by the video card and the fact that you have DDR3 ram, catches my attention. Also did you build it yourself and did you go through Newegg?

Wii has nothing to do with the console war, it is for a different, casual public. But 360 AND PS3 are mainly for gamers and have the same games, except few exclusives, so the war is between those 2 platforms.

Just accept that fact that ALOT of the core gamers don't care much for the Wii, except for that bondage time with Auntie Marie, with our 12 year old, or our drunk NSMBW playthrough. I could also retort with "why the hell aren't you Wii owners flocking to get amazing titles like RE4, NMH and Muramasa: The Demon Blade?" 1.6 million for RE4 given the install base the Wii has is low if you look at the quality of that game on that system. Answer is rather simple.....ALOT of the casuals jumped on the Wii and are satisfied with just Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort. I hope this sheds a tiny bit of light.
