hmmm its worth 15 dollars but i taught the game was too forced. Too much swearing and annoying characters
Ah, I thought it was a fun game. You just have to remeber not to take it too seriously and just go along with it all, it's pretty funny. Plus, tons of replay value.

The game is quite fun... and it has never been "full priced". I bought it with a pistol (special edition) the month it came out for 45€. It really has a lot of replay value, because even if you beat the game many times, some games a month are always welcome...
I recommend it for sure. Some say the game is very easy, but if you play with the crossair it turns to be really hard, even with the automatic shotgun.
The only thing I don't like is the money earning system... it encourages you to beat your scores by a little if you want to get money... it's not logical.

I liked the game, but I can't agree with this at all. Overkill was far too simple and easy, and the enemies didn't have enough variety. HotD 2 remains the best in the series.

Not true.
You have to toss in the part about the whole game being a slamming indictment of feminism (complete with supporting evidence!). THEN you have the game's dialogue.
^^ gotta disagree noname. I think that there's quite a bit of enemy diversity, and the bosses are more cleverly done in Overkill. 2 was worse than 1, and 3 was worse than 2, but overkill definitely brought the series into the enjoyable category.

...and this is one of several reasons why I don't listen to hip hop.
@ noname You're right. I forgot the entire game being an indictment of feminism part. This made the entire game a brilliant social satire.
