As long as you don't believe that Sony is the sole responsible of Sega's hardware demise, we're good...

I'm a Sega fan since the MegaDrive's days, but i think this gen they're really bringing it... They have the best SRPG i ever played: Valkyria Chronicles, (it even passes a lot of traditional RPGs), the collections, Virtua Fighter 5, Bleach, Initial D, Yakuza 3, now Bayonetta, and the really good move of calling Tri-Ace for a new RPG was genius, Resonance of Fate must be amazing...

The only thing i don't like is that Sonic is not getting a really great game and Shenmue is not on the HD consoles, but there's still hope...

Have you tried Yakuza, its a blast and part 3 is on its wa to PS3 this year. 1 and 2 are dirt cheap if you have BC or a PS2 still hooked up.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

Ive been a sega fan all my life and I'd say Segas output of games can be rated the following way:

1. 1998-2001 - Best games during those years were made by Sega. They were the best software company in the world ((ans A+)

2. 1991-1994 - Segas golden days when they woudl release a B+ game every month and have solid core AAA franchises like Sonic and Phantasy Star (Rank A)

3. 2005-2009 - Segas internal studios are failing to achieve greatness but their publishing choices are quite good with games like Condemned, Bayonetta, Madworld etc...

4. 1995-1998 - Sega is somewhat struggling with the saturn but manages to release a handful of classics such as Nights and Panzer Dragoon. (Bank B)

5. 2002 - 2005 - Sega can't find themselves in the industry and are startin to milk their known franchises (Rank C)

Sega has released some quality software this gen, and there are some anticipated titles from them like Resonance of Fate. :) I look forward to buying some more Sega games soon.
