Interesting, I'd say Crisis Core deserves a higher score then that more like 8.5 but that's just me.

Their scoring system looks pretty harsh, so this is probably a 9.5 on IGN or something lol.

The review reads okay, I really can't decide on FFXIII. It sounds like SE have changed alot of the things I loved about the series, but thats what they always do.

I was expecting the story to be overly shonen by just looking at the trailers. And i couldn't care less about not having to go to a shop, but i'll be a fair bit disappointed if I can't run around a "town" and talk to people and take in the scenery. Watching A.I. go about their business in a town is a big part of a final fantasy experience.

I wouldnt be worried a 7/10 is not too bad here if you think its better then x-2 as good as FFVIII as good as FFIX better then Crisis Core as good as FFIII and FFV.


Its not the best FF but also not the worst its just an average FF so no problem there.

I wouldnt care about the score so much the battle system the heart of FF is excellent. Ok the Story is lame (they do understand Japanese right ?).

Replay value was never good in FF. If you made the perfect run there is no reason to replay it.

Some will love it some wont like always. The battle system is for me the most important part.
I will buy it anyway its not a must have but FFVIII is not a must have too and I liked it.

They gave the story of Jeanne d'Arc also just "below average" so just ignore them!

Looking at their past Final Fantasy reviews, these guys are a joke, I'd be willing to bet this won't even find its way to metacritic

so they rate FF12 over FF10 and they want us they take their reviews seriously.

I also think this system should be used more often so we won't see reviewers throwing out 100s of pointless 9s all the time.

"Very Good" out of 10? I like their ratings scale lol
