I'm thinking 900-950k mainly because I really doubt Japan's monstrous sales will be repeated this week though NA and EU should hold steady

Imo PS3 will be in the 800-900k range next week... I doubt that it will pass the million mark...

These are my thoughts on the matter.

Why would Americas go up by 165k (up 40% approx), while Others goes down by 125k (down 33%)?

Last year, sales went down by about 15% between 20th December and 27th December in Americas for the PS3, while PS3 sales went down about 10% in Others. Seeing as there is an extra pre-Xmas shopping day in the week this year, I'd expect sales in America/Others to each stay in the same range (+/- 25k). I'd expect America to be 360k-410k, Others to be 350k-400k. Japan, is a bit of an unknown. I think 100-150k will be the range it ends up in, perhaps a tiny bit higher.

Why 550k in Americas though, and only 250k in Others?

Sales will drop for every console, no way PS3 is going to make 1m again.
