Did you see the port of final fantasy VIII on PC? It is horrible!

final fantasy has nothing compressed on the bluray disc, so i assume it must have its advantages... unless the compression for the dvd is completely lossless.

The OP is arguing that the 360 version might be worse. You seem to be misunderstanding him. |
He's not the only one, most of the thread misread the OP. I read the OP. Then I read the responses and I went back to the OP to see if I missed something. Even the thread title clearly states his question of whether FFXIII on 360 will be the similar in quality to Bayonetta on PS3.

Umm I doubt it. Bayonetta for the PS3 was ported by a different developer completely. Whenever a game gets that kind of treatment it almost always turns into a really shoddy port

This + there is no way Square did not have the financials to put together a really good port (hello MS $$$)
I doubt it,it was ported by the same dev team right? And square seems to have experience with the xbox platform this generation.I think this game will show the versatility of the xbox, being somewhat of a late port even after the ps3 version was in development for many years. It show when used correctly the xbox has decent amount of graphical power and lower development time to boot.
Natal and Sony's flashing Ice cream cone

Ah, I misread the OP and thread title too.
No, I think they are going to be pretty much the same except for the things already known-- sound and discs.
And really, comparing the two is pretty pointless anyways. Who cares which one gets the best version unless you own both systems. In that case it only matters so you just know which one to get, not some fanboy e-penis showoff.
