I think most of my handheld gaming is done while on the toilet. Sometimes I get lost in the game and sit there for an hour before I realize how much it stinks in there.

Why does that asshole hate me? Does he not realize the embarrassment and self consciousness he causes me? Does he not realize that we're a team? If I poop on myself, he suffers the consequences too! But no. He doesn't care. He continues to pick the most inopportune times to make his move. I hate that asshole.

It hates you because you are being mean to it. I have had chronic hemmroids and constipation up until a few years ago.
Try eating more fruits and vegetables. should allow you to completely empty the colon quicker on a more regular basis. Try salads and all fruit and fruit juice smoothies. They do wonders to help in that respect. treat your body with respect and it will do the same to you.
