Should have been Crash Bandicoot, but now it's Kratos without a doubt. When people put together the big three in an image you always see: Master Chief, Mario and Kratos.

They used to have both Crash Bandicoot and Spyro, before those series A. went multiplatform and B. started to suck.

I think Sony wants the Sackboy to become one.  Sackboy has the ability to look like about any game Sony has.  If not Sackboy, then we are left with perhaps Sony Fanboys themselves being mascots of Sony.  However, I shutter at the thought of that, because THIS image comes to mind:

He is definitely a candidate.  I will also say that Master Chief may be the mascot for the XBox by default.  A mascot sums up what a console/brand is about.

I'm leaning toward Kratos/ Snake for their mascot. But Sackboy would be good as well.
