I played Super Metroid for the first time about a year ago, so I know exactly how you feel. Tonight I started playing Link to the Past for the first time. |
You're in for a total treat!

That commercial ("That's 24 megs ol' Killer is up against -Nintendo's biggest game ever) had me so hyped! I wound up getting it myself before I enlisted. The game did not disappoint. If I'd have gotten that game in exchange for dying in some far off country, I wouldn't have regretted it. |
So you are saying that I probably should play it?

Why are you still here, when you could be downloading and playing Super Metroid? Some people...

I know, it's probably my greatest gaming shame. I was lent the game years ago by a friend, but at the same time I was also given Chrono Trigger... Super Metroid became that game that I promised to get around to sooner or later.
I only recently started using the VC and Wiiware and so far I've been replacing all my old games that my brother and sister traded in (damn them) while i was overseas and now Super Metroid is still that game that I am promising to get around to sooner or later.
It's all the more stupid because I absolutely love the Prime series, but I can honestly says it's probably the next game I'm going to download, I promise :)
