I wonder why they released this horrible Demo (From what i heard), if this isn't a good example of what to expect from the final build, this is just bad for the game's reputation.

Maybe you should try it before judging it.
It is released for the GT Academy competition. They probably won't release any demo if it wasn't for the event.

If you are into racing, you will love this improvements. but if you play for the graphic then you should wait...
IT'S NOT A DEMO (PERIOD). IT'S NOT HORRIBLE (PERIOD) I was disappointed the first time I tried it, I was all over the place, ended up in the grass on half the turns. A few hours later I tried again, and got the hang of it. It's a driving simulator, and you have to keep that in mind while 'driving' it. The only other driving games I've played are Motorstorm, Dirt and Grid, and those are not driving sims, they are arcade games. I was both impressed and disappointed with the graphics- impressed with the cars detail and realism, both inside and outside, disappointed with shadowing/ fanning shading artifacts I saw, like flickering of the license plate of the red car in the title background attract demo, and the fanning on the track on some of the same background movie shots of the track. But then other shots looked fantastic! My verdict: a little more learning curve than other driving 'games', but great once you get the hang of it, and can't wait to see it with a bunch of other cars on the track with the same amazing detail. I'm not a GT fan boy, haven't played any of the others, and my ps3 is my first sony console, but i'm considering buying a wheel for this when the game comes out, AND if it gets good reviews.....
Wait!!!!
This is not a horrible demo, or a bad, etc.... this is a amazing time trial game to compete for GT Academy.
The driving physics is phenomenal... and the shadow from your best lap make this Time Trial unique and exciting.
Recommend to anyone who likes simulation and competition (GT Academy).
I haven't played this yet. In fact, I had no idea this was even out.

Exactly. And I think the OP was complaining his car spun out on a turn going 40mph. Well I'd like to see him take a turn at 40mph, that's pretty effing fast for a turn (64km/h), I usually slow down to 30-40km/h to take a turn. I guess people who don't actually drive wouldn't understand this.
