there is a chance, if FF13 was worldwide.

ps3 won't go much low though until Q2+ 2010. too strong line up.

if we include all the Multiplat Games, yes - there are unholy masses of Games to come. (if i remember right, its 17~ Disc games in the first 3 Months, many of them are really promising titles.)

I would say no. It managed just over 700k on Black Friday, which is bigger than the week before Christmas, and FF13 in Japan won't give more than a 200k boost in Japan.

Now, if it was releasing during Christmas week itself, then almost certainly.

A huge maybe right there, it all depends on how many bundles will be/where available, and how much this week (US and EU) sales help. We are near Christmas, so this week should see big numbers as well.

Nah it wont , not even close. 1 million is still kinda high for the PS3 to sell in one week, but I could be wrong.
This is my prediction for the week taking into consideration the season and FF13.
I think it'll end up something like this:

NA = 250k
EU = 325k
JP = 200k
WW total = 775k
