Yeah it is annoying to accidentally click it, but I'd say it looks nicer than the orange from before.  Like others have said, the left side of the banner is worse, but I stopped using that a while ago.  I think it was around E3 when they made it link to something else.

Agreed, and for the same reasons too.

I dont mind it to much for the fact of clicking on it but what bothers me it its takes sooooo long to load and makes everything so slow. oh and while its loading the page is all messed up. blah....

I hate it too. Doesn't help that like a lot of people I have the habit of clicking on the side of the page before scrolling down.
