Well unless some major media sites start reporting the same thing, I'm going to keep this as a rumor that should be taken with a grain of salt. Normally companies that work on development of upcoming projects usually are tied down heavily by NDA's and you normally don't see them broken this far in advance. There is always speculation, with some guessing right, but we are a good 2 maybe 3 years out until N6.

This is the same site that was reporting that Sega was going to get back into the console business.

if this is true (which i doubt), it still doesn't really tell us much about the console. if this was the nextbox or the ps4, it would pretty much tell their direction with the next console, but with the wii's succesor, it don't tell much. hardware power won't be thier focus, it'll be something else.

Well Nintendo normally choses well established arch for their systems and duo incorporated gpu and cpu of this high of a level have not been on the market as long and are not known as to how reliable they are and if this is true then they would definitely get the second gen version of this.

IF AMD is to be believed, then yes on both counts.  Cell has already been eclipsed by modern GPUs with stream processing.  Whether fusion will be ready and cheap enough for that kind of mass production is another thing entirely.
