I just Don't feel like starting a war today. But It's no use anyway, I have argued with MS fans, Sony FANS and many diffirent fans, sadly Nintendo fans are usually the ones I get nowhere with most of the times. It's going to be back and forth with no end in sight, it almost feels religious.

True, it'd be better to just make a vaguely negative but snide remark you don't need to back up.

This is why Khuutra.

Why didn't you tell me this was a Malstrom topic from the start? I would not have wasted my time reading this.

This if for the wii only owners;
You can say it is for traffic if you want, but that is only the reason why they were allowed to post what they thought.
They are not fabricating the whole thing, this is how they feel.

I read through the summary, and even with the little sny additions in the OP, it still rings true.
Ask yourselves;
Would the wii be better with graphical improvements, an online system, 3rd party development?

It doesnt matter where you place the emphasis in your gaming experience, the simple answer is yes.

And imo, the GC was worlds different. It had great visuals, and the games had an overall richer feel to them. It seems like every wii game is a demo for a game that never comes.
Sure there are a very few exceptions, but that does not make the rest of the argument void.

If you are a wii only owner and you can possibly fathom any form of your wii games that could be better than they already are, (since everything can always be better)
Then seriously do yourself a favor and get a current gen system.

I understand you dont care about this or that , and games are about having fun... I agree with that, Just know that the wii is trumped on every possible level, not just visuals.

There is a whole other world out there, of GAMES. Games with amazingly rich stories, great visuals, games that will knock your socks off. There are even smaller (wii size) games that are leagues better with the XBL marketplace, and PSN store.

As a wii owner, you must admit it... its time to evolve.

As a Wii60 owner, I will admit no such thing, sir. Good day!

This if for the wii only owners; You missed that part and it was right in the beginning too.

and why should we give two shits about what someone who doesn't even OWN a Wii on what he has to say about the Wii.

Clearly the only explanation is blind faith. It is impossible that people who bought the Wii have a different set of values. I mean what kind of ridiculous person wouldn't want their console to be more like the competition that they, implicitly, decided was not worth as much as their console of choice.

Like what parts?

It's really not that difficult to figure out.

Oh be open and speak plain

I'm not going to bite you

That's because it is religious. I live, eat and breathe Nintendo.

The summary is: the rest is all IGN's podcast. And the summary's not too far off, unfortunately...

What are those values that makes a Nintedo fans so different than everybody else, what laws exist that somehow it is a crime to ever critcize Nntendo, I just want to know.

I can't say for sure, but I think many Nintendo-fans grew up with Nintendo, while I don't think as many did so with Sony and Microsoft. I think it won't be too hard to find the same phenomenon amongst Sega-fans.

one thing i have noticed in my years on here since Wii came out, is the difference between the writing skill of the two sides. The supposed "Hardcore" people who hate the Wii has a writing style that reads like a middle schooler. Then you have Wii defenders come in and respond and its like your reading a professors response to something.

And their the ones who are told to grow up, get better tastes, quit being casual, get mature games, ect. And of course sadly the reviewers for most gaming sites seem to be 30 year olds who are still as mature as a middle schooler

I wanted to read that list but I stopped at achievements are a better innovation than motion controls.

They are, I love achievements/trophies yet I hate motion controls....

Thus, you, like them, are unable to be a Wii reviewer. You have to be able to accept and enjoy a system before you can actually write about it. Can you imagine a person that doesn't like console FPS controls reviewing MW2?
