Where I live, we use geothermic energy to help warm up our house, and guess what? It saves us money every year, who would have guessed!

So... yea I kind of try to not ruin the planet while I can AND enjoy a high standard of living too, like if you really can have one with the other.

Still, it's sad that you really think money is more important than say, the state of the planet. Burning fosil fuels is not good, it's because of fossil fuels that we barely have any snow in southern Sweden anymore.

Its really funny that you all fall for this "saves you money" scheme even though in the vid I posted awhile ago the old lady even admits that it takes them a fortune to maintain the house and it takes 10 years for them to recoup the loss. These so called environmental solutions the only reason it saves you money FOR NOW because its not mainstream yet, not all people are doing it. But once theres a monopoly around it OH BOY lets see what will happen afterwards. Geothermal heaters are hard to maintain you need a expert not just a ordinary technician to fix it.

And yeah, you're all still in the lose competiton here because WE and China and India didnt fall for this scheme. We still use fossil fuels and it works JUST FINE. And it isnt as expensive as geothermal and solar panel energy which you have to maintain. And we dont use recyclable water too.

Anyway about THE ONLINE that he talks about that it didnt needed, LOL and double LOL. I just played COD WAW and MW reflex online for the first time since 2 days ago and I dont know WHAT... THE... F**K... is Malstrom talking about! Yeah online isnt supposed to be the norm just like UGC but him saying it shouldnt be needed and malstrom bashing and demonizing it I think he is a big douche to me. L:ike I said he is a PC gamer he dont want consoles replaced PCs he have hidden motives on his blog thats why he didnt update his articles anymore.

And just asking anyone here teach and tip me on how to play COD WAW and MW reflex properly? Dont get me wrong, i know how to move the controls and I CAN AIM I just dont know where should I camp wheres the enemies are and where should I shoot or hide. I can take people if only I could know where they are.

I think he was really from GAF we never know I think he was anihawk for all we know. These DVD case broke out and leaked because of one post on GAF he actually reacts to it afterwards even the DVD case are effective till 2010.


SO Malstrom was a core gamer no doubt about it, just as the saying goes " a robber hates his fellow robber"


In reality he dont like Nintendo, he even admits he was playing more on PC than in consoles. I think he was depressed that PC was dying and most PC publishers and developers are switching to consoles, which threatens his hobby.


Are anyone noticed that what he hates on consoles are features from PCs like UGC(mods), digital distribution(Steam) and online gaming?

@Yushire: He has been making mods himself, so i can't see the hate. There's a difference between UGC as an additional feature and UGC as an idea of the game. And Malstrom hates the latter.

I don't know is DD that much of an PC feature, but i have to say i can't really disagree him. If you have downloadable games, they should be dirt cheap, but as PSP GO proves, that's not the case. The whole opposition of DD is more about publishers making a problem about used game sales, that they want to kill with downloads.

And the problem with online gaming is that it seems to be required for every game, despite the majority of gamers not playing online. The developers focus is on online, instead of focusing on the offline play.

He's definitely sliding off the deep end. They're fricking packages, they don't have any underlying significance, and certainly aren't part of some insidious plot to stamp out used game sales (which i thought weren't as much of a problem for Nintendo anyway?)

He's reading things as he chooses to read them. Has Nintendo under-utilized motion controls? That's debatable. They crafted whole experiences around them with Metroid Prime and Mario Kart (yeah, traditional was optional, but tell me that game wasn't optimized for the Wheel), and his precious NSMBWii certainly didn't utilize it.

@Mr Khan: The pic of the box is from GoNintendo and i believe it's the source for the information (24.12 was when the GN pic came out but the "green boxes" were apparently made news at the start of december).

The box itself do suck.

Atleast 360 and PS3 games will have similar boxes, but i don't know about DVD and BD in general.

NSMBWii did utilise motion controls, but not as a "make or break" feature, atleast in my opinion.

i actually liked how the motion controls were used in the game. it was used subly for a few different things that you could not have done on older systems.

as for malstrom, if this is true, it is kinda sad to see him go. i really liked reading his blog posts. he was extreme sometimes, but what he spoke usually made a lot of since.
