2 days before i turned on my ps3 then i shifted my house and when i connect my ps3 the red light is blinking i dont know what happend do u have some ideas

How should we know? It could be any number of things.

It could be your HDD, try taking it out and putting it back in. It could also be over-heating which means you might have to get it repaired.

Have you ever done any of the following with your PS3:

Put it in a full bathtub

Played football with it

Hit it with a sledgehammer

Left it on for several days in an enclosed space?

Because 40GB models are supposed to be tough.

And, of course the basic suggestion:

Unplug, leave for a few minutes, plug back in.

I think a red blinking light is overheating issues or if it's a 60GB model then it could be power supply issues, it could mean your PS3 is full of dust and it's having a hard time cooling it down, so either just vacuum it or if you still have a warranty you can get it replaced.

Edit: Another thing the thermal paste might have to be replaced
