FYI, MGS comes out in May in the US.

For me, I'm not picking up anything during the month but I'll get SMT: Strange Journey eventually which releases in March. And FF XIII if I had a PS3. Pokemon interests me though.

I completely forgot about that! Now I won't have to skimp on White Knight Chronicles in February to save up for March!

So developers avoid the holiday season just to create another rush during q1? Geez. I'm not sure they're doing themselves that much of a favour.
