The Wii is doomed!

Hehe long time I heard that line on this board. DS is still a beast compared to the Wii. DS will go over 1 million weekly again soon. The Wii wil break it's launch record from last year during the holidays.

Nice. Who did that when and how?

Yes it does.

Give me a UFC coach and have him throw down his hand to start the match to signify this event.

WE ARE THE NATION...OF DOMINATION!

Only natural, since there's finally a big game coming out. The 200-250k sales the Wii had for most of the year (outselling the HD consoles combined) were on weeks with no major game releases one way or the other. I imagine the average week next year will be much more like this, seeing as the quality third party games should be coming fairly regularly by then.

Wii should do 500 k this week (if it's available). SMG in Japan, Metroid in Europe and Guitar Hero in USA.

Hopefully this will be the end to the weekly "o noes the wii bubble has burst!!!!1111" threads.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
