Wait for the advertising to start.

Most people dont know its releasing in 13 weeks time...

Capcom disagrees.  They still classify it as "Survival Horror" in Japan and "Action Adventure" in the west.  I'll give you TPS, but even then that's not really comparable to something like MW2.

Also, RE5 is basically RE4 with co-op and bump mapping.  RE4 was where the series really diverged, not RE5.

 

Getting hung up on genre doesn't really negate my point though.  They're both Japanese made games on the same platforms, released at similar times, with a similar western franchise rise.  Besides, aren't YOU the one comparing FFXIII to Uncharted 2 in the first place?

and

for a 750 000 opening NA week.

500k is still pretty far from my prediction. "I'm going to say FF13 will have the weakest opening sales of all FF games in NA" 300k is sub prediction.

Must be easy to predict that when none but 1 FF games were ever tracked first week. ;)

And on a console with 100 million install based.

You want to quote my prediction then do it right. The numbers are there to put in perspective just how hard it will be to reach FF12s sales. If it sells 400k I'd still consider myself being right.

Someone mentioned "being burned" by FF12... well thats coll. the people who bought FF12 FW didn't know that yet.
