Modern Warfare 2 on 360 will make it eventually. It will be around 8 million by the end of this year, and from then on it only needs half the legs the original had to hit the mark.
If there was a MW3 this gen, I doubt it would make it. I think this is the series' peak, Activision has milked it too far (Treyarch CoD's are draining potential interest). Look how fast Guitar Hero declined.
Super Smash Bros Brawl is crawling there, thanks to sales picking up in Europe. It'll make it in time.
Super Mario 64 (DS) may make it eventually, surprisingly. It's still selling well, and it will end 2009 with over a million sold within the year, with 2mil to go.
The obvious 10mil's are Pokemon HG/SS, WSR, WF+, and NSMBW. They'll all hit it in 2010.
The only future 10mil I can see off HD consoles is GT5, and Halo Reach. It's hard to tell how high interest is for these titles, but I think both have a decent shot. All other future 10mil's will probably be new ideas from Nintendo, though it's hard to imagine what they'd be, since they haven't produced one for the DS in a long time (besides the new Pokemon).
