This sounds like Super Spartan Bros. Anyway, I don't get why you think Halo has been in decline.. Sure, Halo 3 sold a lot, and Halo Wars sold mediocre, but Halo ODST came AFTER Halo Wars, and it actually outsold Gears of War. That's not bad at all...
