I swear I have to explain this on every forum I go to. FSU has this thing where if the defense goes offside, the linemen won't move until the play is over. This is to make it so the refs have no reason to even consider calling a false start instead (if the defense is arguing they were drawn offside). You'll notice at the beginning of the play no one on the line moved except for the center. They thought the defense had gone offside. Clearly, the refs didn't feel that way, hence the chaos. That guy was just staying still like he was told.

I got to see it in person when UNC played them. Pretty crazy the first time you see it.

That wasnt even the worse one, throughout the entire fourth quarter th OL stayed still like five at a time a couple of times, they were trying to draw offsides and just stayed there.
