Forums - Sales - And the top five PSN downloads for 2009 were...

Interesting best selling titles on PSN. too bad we don't know the units like the retail games. Also, I think this is the PSN sales in Japan only.

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

weird, not this list i was expecting....or rather what would be on it

That is a crime! Flower should be #1!

PSN ID: KingFate_

ok yeh, if its japan only then i understand the list lol

Japan are starting to love FPSs , i know cause i keep seeing them in Killzone and MAG.

"Battlefield 1943 (Electronic Arts, PS3)"

Interesting if it's Japan only.

4 ≈ One

No FFVII??

I thought FFVII would be No 1.

Edit: These are probably Japan sales. FFVII was on the Japanese PSN before 2009.

I believe FFVII is actually the biggest download based on last few months most downloaded titles.
However this list focuses strictly on PS3 games and doesn't take into account PS1 classic rereleased so no way to know...

PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

I surprised no FF VII.
