Considering Nintendo had ramped up production due to unforseen demand last year, it just means they are going back to normal production schedules.
it probably means too that those expecting Wii sales in 2010 to go back to 2008 levels are out of their mind..

Not really, as Wii was supply constrained last year, so it could be supply constrained as well next year

It's always a possibility, but I don't remember anyone saying it will happen.
