I think it will come before Uncharted 3, but as for Resistance 3 it's unlikely as Resistance 3 has already been announced and is most likely coming out in October/November 2010.

Not before Resistance 3, it has already been announced. Uncharted 3 may be pushing it as well, we know they have probably already started on the 3rd one. I guess if we dont hear something by E3 next year than I would say no to both.
