Probably Battlefront 3 but possibly Force Unleashed 2.
With all three consoles having motion controls now the timing has never been better for 1:1 lightsaber action. Natal would be awesome for force powers too.

I really hope its either KOTOR 3 or Battlefront 3,but most of all I hope its republic cammando 2 but I dought it,I loved the first one it was my second favorite xbox game of all time.
