Forums - Nintendo - Wii's 2010 line-up going to crush every prior year!

I dont think so.

Mario Galaxy is one more lacklusting title from Nintendo, a company lost in it's own strategy : I ll do gamers games just because I heard they want some. What can I do ? Well, I'll take Mario G. and copy paste it in M.G.2.

End of the story.

You forgot Metroid M. Same story, no words on it...

Lack of 3rd party "big" annoucement make me fear 2010 will be the worst year either, and 2011 will be the death of the Wii...

You are entitled to your opinion but you are going to be in a huge minority with that opinion here and pretty much anywhere else for that matter.

Not really.

They did Super Mario Galaxy 2 to create a sequel to one of the best game of all time. How could you let this chance gone away?

And for 2010, lack of "big" third party games, you fail. Red Steel 2. Epic Mickey. No More Heroes 2. Monster Hunter 3.

Even if you don't think there's much coming for you in the third party department (as I do), trying to continue to say Nintendo doesn't think of the fans because they just make the same games is the weakest argument there is.  If anything, Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid Other M and the upcoming Zelda Wii is Nintendo listening EXACTLY to its 'hardcore' fans.

Funny how Nintendo gets critisized for making a sequel to one of the best games this gen, that brought a freshness into it´s genre that was missing since years, while other companies get praised for making so called AAA games that are sequels too but with gorgeous HD graphics but bring hardly anything new to gaming.

Nintendo makes more games that cater to my taste than all other companies together and I´m looking forward to a great 2010.

That's because in the 'west', games are praised for having better graphics and more marketing (hype).

Despite this, Mario Galaxy isn't being criticized by most people.  Its one of the few Wii games most people actually think is deserving of its praise, from fans and reviewers alike.  Its just some people who already hate the Wii or like to find fault with 'popular' games which are trying to criticize it.  And they will always be around.
