I chose harrowmont too and the ending said that he couldn't do anything and jsut fractured the dwarves then just died... so they ended up worse than normal. Also I don't think you can crown yourself if you were a dwarven noble since you are a Grey Warden, but maybe you get the option after you kill the archdemon.

I just started the game as a human noble. I got to the part after my character's parents are killed and I join the grey wardens. I am only an hour in so not much of a spoiler.

I'm a mage. I snitched on someone,who turned out to be a blood mage,some dude wanted me with the grey wardens,went through the cermony,now there fighting the demonspawn and I'm at the part where I have to light a torch!!!!! lol!!!!!

I probably would have chose Bhelen if I hadn't already made a Dwarf Noble character. That son of bitch can burn in hell as far as I'm concerned.

I chose to side with Caridin as well, I guess I have to play with my Dwarf nobility a bit more then xD Would be very nice if you could, also given that you are supposedly the chosen one to rule, it only fits the story.

SO I finally played the game. Its awesome.

I have to admit that I was a bit overwhelmed with it at first. Too many things to choose from lol

Now stupid question time - When I make the radial menu pop up and change characters to make them do something is there a way for me to choose something for one, switch to another and choose it too and only them close the radial menu and the game continues?

Im being good though I did choose a not so good answer a couple of time trying to make Morrigan like me.

EDIT - Forgot to say when I was fighting the Ogre in the Tower of Isahl all I had to was Taunt him. He kept running at my main character and I kept running in circles while the others hit him. He didnt get to struck me once

This game is so awesome. I love the cut-scenes so much!

Damn, I'm stuck in a battle in the tower of Ishal. It's where you enter inside or something, and there's this poison trap and they lit something on fire which almost halves the health of my party. I've tried it almost 20 times and only won once, but I forgot to save that one time I won and died in the next battle lol...

It's so hard to get past the trap and the fire.

What difficulty are you playing it on? Im playing on Normal, got hit point blank and didnt have problem beating the enemies.

Or maybe I am confusing the place you are with one I just have been to?

Same here, normal difficulty.

Im early in the game, you know Im gonna light the beacon at Tower of Ishal but it's over-taken by darkspawn.

I won the battles outside but when I got into the tower, there is this green poison trap on the floor which they fire arrows at and lit on fire. Only 2-3 times have i managed to pass the trap without harm, just by luck.
