I've listened this many times,good song but not good enough for an official theme...Original theme is waaay better IMO :/

I like it. I'll wait till I see it used with the game to judge.

If they're going to mess with it, there should at least be an option to use the original Japanese theme song.

Utter crap. Should be a song written for the game. This could be ok during the last half of the end credits or something like that, but not as the theme song.

Uh, guys, you're not going to be hearing it that much during the game. It'll probably be used in the commercials, some cutscenes and the beginning/ending credits. Like FFVIII's and Kingdom Hearts' theme songs.

And I don't see how it's any worse than those.

Usually Final Fantasy's themes have also instrumental version played in other keys etc that eventually plays all along the game..

Since I don't see them making an orchestra or instrumental version of that, it's pretty pathetic to change the song that must be the main theme of the game.. not only related to opening/ending

(to me, some of the best memories about final fantasy's serie are the songs.. Eyes on me and Melodies of Life were beautiful)
