You're probably going to have to give a little more info than that...

Uhm.. Yes.. if Hijackthis say so, get rid of it!

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

hijackthis says its a downloader and list some things like java and google toolbar but then says cause the lack of IE security it can download pron dialers, fake plugins, etc

Hijackthis does not indicate whether a program is good or bad, it just shows what is currently installed. This program is listed as a web P2P installer. My rule of thumb is that if its a program I do not recognize, I remove it.

A quick google search shows that this is a Trojan. Delete it.

It appears to be a system recovery log or a system restore log of some sort and I don't think its dangerous. Which files/folders is it with? The logs will usually lie straight on the system disc directory.

not sure where its located, but it seems like a bad file, and also searched google and it seems like a P2P downloader

Just remove it in case, even if its a log it won't hurt your system to remove it. I never give files the benefit of the doubt, doubly so if I don't need the files at all!
