It's called No More Heroes Paradise of Heroes/Heroes Paradise, or something to that extent.
The No More Heroes game is for both the PS3 and 360.
Not sure if it's a port with extra content, a remake, or a brand new game. I get the feeling it's something akin to Ninja Gaiden Sigma.
