With the game going multiplat, could this happen? Or does Square-Enix know something we don't?

How much did FFVII sell again? 7Million?? If so, I think it's possible.

FF7 sold almost 10 million.

I severely doubt this is possible. FF13 would have to vastly outsell previous FF-games in the Americas and Others for that to happen, because I severely doubt FF13 will go much higher than 1,5 million in Japan.

It won't happen, FFXIII does nothing to attract new audience, and without new audience, it won't sell that much.

Will it surpass Final Fantasy 7's overall sales... No.

Especially when teh remake comes about.

Even being multiplat I doubt it will happen. That game just came out at the right time and place.
