I had a hellofa time with my 360 when I first got it, which was aaaaall apparently due to connection problems with the cables connected to my TV. Seriously, the system is so emotional. If the video output cable is not connected to the system oh so perfectly, it goes into meltdown mode.

im trying to get as many 5gig install games on 360 that are single player games, only 15gig left on ps3.

When you got to the spot about printing the label, there should be a charge on the bottom. As for whether its refundable or not, I don't know, call them up.

I had a non RROD problem with mine about a year ago. They charged me a refundable $90 (took forever to get it back but I did get it). This might or might not help you, but there ya go.

on the support form you have to fill in, they say after testing if the fault is different to what you say, they will not repair and send back console.

the only options on drop down list are

1: i can see 3 red lights flashing

2: i can see a e74 error messege

3: i cant see either the above.

so i had to choose one of the options, and you have to give a brief description of fault

if it still running somewhat, turn it on, wrap it in a blanket, and leave it in an enclosed place. make it rrod properly and get it fixed for free.

(i never thought i ever encourage someone to brick their console purposely)
